Take your time to try everything on within a 10 day period. After the 10 day period, you’ll be sent a shipping label with RA# for the return of your samples.

Sample Delivery
Shipping is free for your first set of samples. Samples typically arrive in 1-3 business days after your look has been finalized.

A return label is provided to you after 10 days. Email your stylist and she will schedule a free next day return pick up from your office.
